5. Delivery

6. Inspection and Acceptance

10.2 The Customer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality

11.1 The Customer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information received from the Company and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the Company's consent.

12. Governing Law
